Hello!
As the sole owner of Your DIY Family, I care about your privacy and maintaining a real, respectful and trustworthy relationship with my shoppers and readers. I will never rent, sell, lease or pass on your personal information to a third party.
The small amount of data that I might have on file for you (e.g. name, email) is because you’ve voluntarily signed up to receive my newsletter (if you haven’t, why not? It’s so fun! sign up now), or perhaps you’ve downloaded one of my many freebies and tutorials.
I want to assure you again that your personal info is held privately and securely by me alone, and I’ll never share it with anybody else (unless I have your express permission). I use Mailchimp to manage my newsletter and you can read their privacy policy here. I also use Google Analytics to track how visitors use my site (all anonymous), and you can check out Google’s privacy statement here.
Pretty much every website you visit these days automatically dishes out cookies. Not quite as tasty my recipes, these kind of cookies are just small text files to track site usage (anonymously again). Here’s a helpful guide from the BBC about cookies. As a user, you can disable cookies, although it might limit the way you use a website.

Information Sharing: Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
