STANDARD DELIVERY £3.95 for all orders under £30
We aim to ship all orders within 3-4 working days. Estimated delivery is 3-4 days after shipping.
RETURNS
We really hope you love your paper goodies. If you’re not entirely happy, please let us know by emailing info@yourdiyfamily.com
You must return your unwanted products for a refund within 14 days from the day you received the products. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in a new, unused, ‘saleable’ condition.
Please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.
Once we have examined the returned products, we will email you with details of your refund.
We will refund the price of products in full, usually within 14 days of receiving the products. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
We will usually make refunds using the same method you originally used to pay for the products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yourdiyfamily.com.
